RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, issued in the form of a So Much Trouble gift card.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless required by applicable law.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and ribbons
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reject any item that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Altered garments
- Intimates
- Vintage items
- Earrings (including clip-on styles)
- Swimwear
- Preloved or consignment items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Return Process
In-store returns:
Customers may return eligible items in-store within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
Online returns:
Customers must contact returns@somuchtrouble.com with their order number and clear images of the item. Our team will review and provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved in accordance with payment gateway or legal requirements, refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the card issuer.
Confirmation
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding approval or rejection of your return.
