RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
A place where old becomes new and creative visionaries bring their dreams to life, your experience and the quality of our product and service is our first priority always.
In the rare instance you might find yourself changing your mind, we offer a 7-day window for returns through exchange or store credit in the form of a So Much Trouble gift card.
Our return process is simple:
• Bring your unworn and unused item in store with you receipt within the 7-day window.
For online order, please contact us returns@somuchtrouble.com with your order number and clear images of the unworn items. Our team will then direct you.
• Items will be checked to ensure they exhibit no signs of wear.
• All items must be in their original packaging, inclusive of attached tags and ribbons.
• You’ll need to present your proof of purchase.
• We’ll honour a return through an exchange of item or store credit gift card.
• Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we’ll promptly issue a confirmation email.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to honour a return outside of the 7-day return period.
• Please be advised that customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs on returns.
Returns Conditions
We will not accept the following items for exchange or return:
• Altered garments
• Intimates
• Vintage
• Earrings (including clip-on styles)
• Swimwear
• Preloved consignment items
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• We cannot honour returns for items with clear signs of wear, have been returned outside of the return period or are without their original tags and ribbon.
